Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order products, these items generally require 8–10 business days for processing before shipment.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Shipments
